I am a straight-shooter. I like to help people and laugh with them along the way. I NEVER sell buyers on a property. Instead, I point out the positives, and go out of my way to point out all the things that could affect them while they’re living there, and things that could affect them resale-wise when it’s time for them to sell. I have a YouTube channel I’ve used Long before COVID to video preview properties for clients who can’t make it to see in person.
