I am a straight-shooter. I like to help people and laugh with them along the way. I NEVER sell buyers on a property. Instead, I point out the positives, and go out of my way to point out all the things that could affect them while they’re living there, and things that could affect them resale-wise when it’s time for them to sell. I have a YouTube channel I’ve used Long before COVID to video preview properties for clients who can’t make it to see in person. I come from a family of realtors, and have been involved in real estate since around 2000, and licensed since 2006. I would treat your referrals as if I were working with a family member.
