With a comprehensive background in new housing construction, fix and flips, remodels and residential real estate Jody is able to help you navigate the real estate process with ease. She believes in a high level of customer service and is dedicated to meeting the needs of her Buyers and Sellers with a high level of professionalism. Providing investors, Buyers and Sellers with a successful and positive real estate transaction is of utmost importance to her. It is very important to have an advocate in a real estate transaction with knowledge of the area and strong negotiation skills. This is not just a job for her. It is a passion. Jody enjoys working with a Caring Canine Team at Good Samaritan hospital. In her free time she enjoys to hiking, biking, dance and pilates.
