As a Realtor with deep Maine roots, I fully appreciate the quality of life that Maine offers.
With a background in Environmental Science and experience in home renovation, combining sustainability and real estate is a natural fit. I have earned a GREEN designation from the National Association of Realtors. This enables me to help clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green features and practices, list and market high performance homes, and to discuss the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners.
Since purchasing my first home more than 30 years ago, I have renovated numerous homes and, in doing so, have developed an expertise in renovating and a knack for envisioning a home’s potential. This skill is invaluable as I work with clients in the home buying process.
As an enthusiastic supporter of land trusts in the coastal Maine communities I live and work in, I enjoy spending my free time outside and on the trails.
