Hi, I’m Jocelyn Longas, REALTOR® with RE/MAX Southern Shores, serving Myrtle Beach and communities throughout the Grand Strand. For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling a home. It’s about people, relationships, and helping someone feel confident during a decision that can feel both exciting and overwhelming. I’m naturally a listener and a problem-solver. I like to understand what matters most to my clients, ask the right questions, and help them sort through their options without ever making them feel pressured. I’m also very detail-oriented, organized, and someone who likes to research and find answers. If a challenge comes up, my first thought is usually, “How do we solve this?” My goal is to make the process feel clear, manageable, and supported from beginning to end. I want my clients to feel informed, heard, and comfortable knowing they have someone in their corner who genuinely cares about the outcome. Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, a new mom, and a dog mom. Family is incredibly important to me, and becoming a mom has given me an even greater appreciation for what home truly means. It’s not just where you live—it’s where your life happens, your memories are made, and your family grows.
