Known as "Pat" to my friends, I was born and raised in Rhode Island. My husband and I decided to move to Florida in 2005 after visiting friends here, and immediately loved Homosassa and the nature coast. We built in Sugarmill Woods and have lived here since. After house hunting and eventually building, I realized that my previous positions (real estate paralegal) were simply a prelude for my passion in real estate. I obtained my RE license in 2014 entered the multi million dollar club. Hunting, gardening and cooking round out my life
