Plain and simple, I am willing to go the extra mile. I do what I say I will do. I am energetic, passionate, carry a positive attitude that is highly contagious and this... is the golden nugget. Most of my clients are referrals, but always can fit in a great new buyer or seller. I build relationships. I am about truth, trust, transparency, integrity and hard work. I am a team player and place your best interests first. My clients become friends and advocates who treat with respect and listen to their concerns. Talents include: 30 years experience in residential real estate. Beginning at Malibu Realty, Fred Sands, & then RE/MAX Palm Springs for the last 20 years. Certified in Luxury Home Marketing & Certified in Short Sales. I list and sell Indian Leasehold Land. This is a complicated process, very important in the Palm Springs area, & requires accurate disclosure. Know the questions to ask.
