- Joan Henriksen
Joan has been a real estate broker for over 26 years including working on the Jeff Jordan Team at RE/MAX since 2009. She is a lifelong tri-cities resident and has seen the sleepy small town atmosphere change into a bustling and trending area that's constantly being voted as one of the "best places to live." Joan especially likes living in a river community with the abundance of parks, bike paths and activities. It's a great place to raise a family! In the ever changing real estate market, Joan shares the market pulse with buyers and sellers to keep them up to date with the latest information and ways to maneuver through foreclosures, multiple-bidding scenarios, and private network listings. She works closely with mortgage lenders who will find the best fitting program for every purchaser, whether it's a conventional, FHA/VA, or a IHDA grant program. Joan enjoys working with first-time buyers, investors, rehabbers, and of course, a previous buyer and/or seller who is ready to upgrade or downsize when needed.
