About Me
From 1987 until 2017, Jim acted as the Principal Broker of McGrath Real Estate Services, Inc. a full service sales and property management real estate firm serving Northern Virginia. Jim has successfully represented over 500 home sellers and purchasers in Virginia during his 30+ years of service. Jim is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) Lifetime Top Producer Club (25 years), Pioneer Club, and is a Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million $ sales club. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Mason University. Since 1995, Jim McGrath is a proud sponsor and former board member of the Foreign Service Youth Foundation (FSYF).
