About Me

Jim Hatch is passionate about real estate and dedicated to helping clients find the home of their dreams. A former Air Force Pilot who also flew for Delta, Jim’s experience in the cockpit translates well to real estate. He’s a clear communicator, a team player, and he knows how to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Jim has been interested in real estate for most of his life. He ventured into property management by purchasing multiple rental properties along with several rehab projects and went on to develop an 80-acre parcel for residential homes. His success in property management and development led him to pursue his passion for real estate after retiring early from the airlines. A resident of Savage, Minnesota, Jim, and his wife Lori have been married for 40 years and have three married children and nine grandchildren. Jim enjoys golf, tennis, and snowmobiling in his spare time. He has also been an active volunteer with Young Life, a Christ-centered relational ministry that serves youth, for more than 20 years. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
