About Me
Jim has spent his life in both public and private policing in St. Francois and surrounding counties. He has also spent his life as a minister pastoring local churches and volunteering as a chaplain. He is currently the chaplain at the St. Francois County Raceway. He and his wife, Jewell, raised their family in a few different homes as they moved to pastor churches and moved when changing police jobs. Jewellie is a MSN Nurse and has been a public school music teacher in the past. They have three grown children and two new granddaughters. Their sons have a metal rock band called, "Frago." Thier daughter is a beautician and a full-time mom. Their son-in-law is a welder/mechanic.
