Buying or selling a home is a big decision and I believe you deserve an agent who knows more than just the real estate side of the business. My 35+ years experience in the new construction market gives me a unique perspective when helping clients understand what goes into a quality home. This is from the foundation to the mechanical systems, energy efficiency, and final finishes. I raised 5 children in West Des Moines and have 13 grandchildren. I have lived in West Des Moines since 1988 so I have been involved in the growing metro for several years. Whether you're buying your first home, looking for your next move, or selling your current home, my goal is simple: To provide honest advice, personal service, and the knowledge you need to make a confident decision.
