23 YEARS!!! It doesn’t seem possible, but this year marks my 23rd anniversary in real estate. Thank you to everyone I’ve worked with during this time, referrals you’ve sent my way, and trusting me to be your resource for everything real estate related.
In this time I’ve experienced several changes to market conditions, technology, regulations and trends. When COVID hit, much of our world had seemingly changed, but one constant remained in the world of real estate...sellers are still selling, and buyers are still buying. Although some of our procedures may have changed, it's otherwise business as usual if you're looking to buy or sell a home. Good properties are still in high demand across all price ranges, and values continue to climb.
HOME SELLERS…Don’t wait any longer! We’re already short on inventory, and the imbalance of “supply & demand” can really work in your favor. It’s during this time we often see several showings, competing offers and increasing prices—basically the frenzy of activity you want.
HOME BUYERS… you will be successful in a market like this only if you’re on top of your game. It’s important to catch new inventory immediately, have your financing in order, and be prepared to act quickly. There are a lot of great houses within reach, so we just need to be smart with our approach.
