About Me
Jill has lived in the Chico area since early childhood and has resided in the foothill community of Cohasset for most of her life. As a side interest, in 2000, she became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and negotiated personal transactions on her behalf until, in 2018, Jill joined the Laffins Real Estate Team. With the knowledge gained from over ten years of customer service experience, Jill understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time Realtor, she will work hard to make the process as seamless as possible through constant communication and being accessible whenever you need her. Jill genuinely appreciates her community and has served on the Board of Directors for the Cohasset Community Association (a 501 c 3 Non-profit) for over 19 years. Jill has evolved into an 'Area Specialist' and understands the joys and challenges of owning a home in the foothills. She is known for sharing videos from her trail cameras, has a passion for cooking, health, and nutrition, and is a certified associate raw food chef and instructor.
