Given her many years of prior experience in the title and escrow business, Jill’s transition into the real estate industry was easy. She primarily acted as a neutral intermediary in real estate transactions between buyers and sellers and developed communication, document preparation, attention to detail and risk assessment skills. Drawing on these skills, she educates and guides her clients at each stage to ensure all property agreement aspects have been met and the transaction finalized to the satisfaction of both parties. The immense joy of seeing the look of fulfillment on a client's face after a successful closing is her greatest pride.
