About Me
My name is Jill Nelson and I have been a Remax agent since 2008. I am a licensed in West Virginia and Ohio. I have lived in Huntington, WV. my entire life. My husband, Philip, is a local commercial real estate developer and property manager. We have two daughters, Alex and Shelby, one grandson, Archi and one granddaughter, Sofia. Previously, I was the payroll administrator and later the assistant finance director for the City of Huntington. I have experience as a property manager for almost 10 years. I received an appraisal permit and worked with an appraiser for several months until I made a switch due to the bank failure of 2008. Working with clients to buy and sell property was a perfect fit for me because of my experience. I feel it is my responsibility to guide my clients through the process of buying and selling properties. I enjoy the daily contact with different clients.
