Welcome to Jessica Kastl Homes! I specialize in Walnut Creek and the surrounding East Bay markets, with a foundation built in high-performance new home sales for national home builders and resale real estate. Before transitioning into resale, I represented builders in high-volume new home communities, working directly with builder teams on pricing strategy, inventory management, buyer contracts, construction timelines, and the entire sales process from contract to close. In 2021, I surpassed $50M in annual production and was recognized with a BIA MAME Award. I've also helped clients purchase and sell homes in the East Bay Area cities (which I've called home since 1994), as well as Dublin, Tracy, Mountain House, Novato, and my childhood hometown, Napa.
