Jessica is committed to reaching higher levels of real estate performance. Born and raised in New Brunswick, she became a top achieving environmental science student while at Rutgers University. Soon thereafter, her search for natural beauty, led her to enroll at the AIT of NYC. Here, she learned the fundamentals and business side of fashion and design. This path will ultimately bring her in front of the fast moving world of real estate development.
Jessica began as an intern in a real estate development company and quickly learned her way to investing through value add & new construction. As part of a team of all men, Jessica was able to bring a woman’s perspective to projects. In turn, achieving faster and more profitable sales. She also learned and helped streamline the company’s valuations platform and private lending protocols. In 2012, Jessica received her NJ Real Estate License and has remained a top producing and award winning real estate agent.
Since then, Jessica has been part of hundreds of investment property transactions (flips, rentals and new builds, apartment buildings). As a landlord/investor herself, she brings the same can-do attitude and caring nature to her clients. Her desire to skillfully guide her clients through any deal, whether they’re buying, selling or buying renovating & reselling, or building; she is fulfilled by the joy and facilities she can bring to them.
Jessica comes from a real estate family. Her father is a contractor and her mother a landlord. Her husband is a developer and her sister is a project manager. Her goal is to be able to continue to improve the quality of live of others through what she does and knows best. Real Estate.
