Between real estate, coaching softball, and raising two teenage daughters with my wife, there’s never a dull moment. The work ethic I cultivated in Nebraska’s competitive beef industry has served me well in my real estate career. I take this same level of energy, ambition, and tenacity to everything I do. Like sports, real estate is fast-paced and offers a chance to win. I love nothing better than handing over the keys to my clients’ dream homes or handing them a check for far more money than they expected.
Needless to say, my clients often become lifelong friends. It’s not just because of helping them buy or sell a home. It’s because we develop a bond of trust that lasts forever. The agency I provide to them eventually turns into other life matters, all of which affect our lives. I enjoy this too. Helping them means helping their families, the families on the other end of the deal, and my own family. This brings me great joy and satisfaction, and I work hard to maintain it.
Deal by deal, I’ve also developed a bond of trust with the many other industry professionals who’ve helped me along the way. This includes home inspection specialists, landscapers, contractors, mortgage brokers, and title companies. With their help, there’s no problem I can’t help my clients face.
