With nearly 20 years of property management experience, Jennifer Yang brings a valuable perspective to her career as a California REALTOR® with the Velasco Team of RE/MAX Gold. Her expertise in property operations, maintenance, leasing, budgeting, marketing, and financial performance gives her an insider’s understanding of what makes a property valuable, marketable, and well maintained. Jennifer began her property management career in 2006 and served as a Business Manager from 2006 to 2023. Her leadership earned her the Business Manager of the Year Award in 2008 and 2012, along with recognition for achieving the highest resident retention rate in the Northern California District in 2009. She currently serves as a General Manager, overseeing daily operations and the performance of the properties under her management. As a REALTOR®, Jennifer helps buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions. Buyers benefit from her insight into property condition, maintenance, operating costs, and long-term value. Sellers benefit from her understanding of how preparation, presentation, marketing, and attention to detail influence a property’s appeal. She approaches every transaction with professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas in 1999. Originally from Nueva Ecija, Philippines, she speaks English and Tagalog and is a member of FANCO—Filipino Americans of Northern California Organization in Marin County. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys personal finance, hiking, traveling, organizing and decluttering spaces, staying active, and spending quality time with her family and her Maltese Shih Tzu, Nala. Jennifer believes that buying or selling a home should feel empowering, not overwhelming. With her extensive experience, proven leadership, and passion for helping others, she is committed to providing the clarity, confidence, and personalized service her clients deserve.
