About Me
Having lived in Gainesville since 2003, I have seen our wonderful city undergo tremendous change and progress and I enjoy helping customers understand how this growth affects home selection. I really appreciate teaching customers as much as I can about the real estate process in order to empower them to find homes that fit their wishes, as well as their budgets. My years of experience in Gainesville allows me to educate sellers on the current market value of their homes and what steps are needed to sell a home in a short period of time while maximizing profit with the smoothest transaction possible.
As a believer in continuing education in the profession, I earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation which is held by less than 10% of agents nationwide. In 2022 I also earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation which is held by less than 3% of agents nationwide. My business is 100% word of mouth and is based in effective work, efficiency, honesty, and great communication.
I have sold over 130 homes in the last 4 years with a total sales volume of $36 million dollars. I am looking forward to bringing my skills to you and helping you exceed your goals in real estate! When I'm not working, I can be found outside working on projects, walking my dog, rowing or swimming. My athletic background has brought so much structure and discipline to my life that I will be eternally grateful for.
