In her role as Director of Operations & Career Development, Jenifer is dedicated to talent acquisition, retention, and agent training. Her responsibilities encompass agent processing, from onboarding to terminations, as well as comprehensive training, mentoring, and the management of our technology platforms and online platforms, as well as ensuring the smooth functioning of our overall business operations. Jenifer is also instrumental in fostering valuable relationships with both local and national industry affiliates and partners. Jenifer is also a licensed referral agent and assists with the management of our Gateway 2 Referrals company. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, maintaining an active fitness routine, visiting wineries, engaging in charitable work at her church, and cultivating her real estate blog.
