Did you know that "America, The Beautiful" was written in Colorado Springs?! What a privilege it is live at the foot of Pikes Peak and enjoy over 300 days of sunshine a year! I'm a 30+ year Colorado Springs resident who LOVES sharing the joys of mountain living with my clients! Licensed in 2005, I hold CRS, GRI, and ABR designations and teach real estate to new agents when I'm not out showing and selling. My in-depth knowledge of Colorado Springs neighborhoods and local history sets me apart, and really comes in handy with out-of-state clients. I'm an active local volunteer in various civic and military organizations such as Rotary International, Ft. Carson and Santa's Workshop. Cheyenne Mountain School District-12 parent of three.
