Welcome! I'm JD Gieson- your local real estate expert, proud to call Dixon, IL my home. By day, I help clients navigate the real estate market, and in my off-time, you'll find me spending time with friends and family, or coaching high school football & track. With a lifelong love for sports and a deep connection to the community, I bring dedication and passion to every transaction. Since 2020, I've achieved milestones like being named 'Rookie of the Year' by the Hometown Association in 2021, and earning a spot in RealTrend's U.S. Top 1,000 agents list nationwide. I'm also honored to have earned my spot in the Re/Max Hall of Fame and consistently rank as a top broker for both transactions and volume in Re/Max's Northern IL region. Beyond accolades, my focus is on building lasting relationships with clients, centered on trust, integrity, and exceptional service. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, I'm here to make your real estate journey seamless and successful. Let's connect and turn your real estate goals into reality!
