I am nearly 100% paperless (as much as lenders and title companies will allow!) using tools like digital signatures, iPad and much more to streamline transactions. Before my time in Real Estate, I spent over a decade as a graphic designers and Creative Director for marketing and branding which fuels my love for advertising listings and getting homes sold in the Kansas City area fast!
