Jason Hewitt | DFW Real Estate & Property Management Expert A lifelong Dallas-Fort Worth resident, I bring 15+ years of real estate experience to buyers, sellers, and investors across Flower Mound, Lewisville, Carrollton, Coppell, Grapevine, Las Colinas, Irving, and beyond. My deep local knowledge helps clients find the right home or maximize their investment. Since joining RE/MAX in 2009, I’ve earned Rookie of the Year, RE/MAX 100% Club (since 2012), and induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In 2018, I was recognized among the Top 500 RE/MAX agents in Texas. I also own JRH Realty Services, a full-service property management company, helping investors maximize rental income, handle tenant management, and protect their properties. Expertise & Certifications ✔ Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) ✔ Accredited Buyer’s Specialist ✔ Certified Home Marketing Specialist (Staging Expert) ✔ International Real Estate Specialist ✔ Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource ✔ Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2015 Before real estate, I spent 14 years as a teacher and theatre director, honing my skills in communication, organization, and attention to detail—qualities that help me provide a seamless real estate experience. My hobbies are volunteer work (usually with teenagers) and musical theatre! You can find me in a theatre audience at least 3 times a month. I also judge for the High School Musical Theatre Awards (through Broadway Dallas) and Schmidt & Jones Theatre Awards. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, I’m committed to helping you achieve your goals with expert guidance and personalized service. Although I will always miss directing “Opening Night”, I enjoy matching both individuals and families with places they can make memories in and refer to as “home.”
