I am your source for Kaufman County, real estate. Whether you are a seller wanting to sell your property or If you are a buyer wanting to purchase a home, just land , investment property , a place to build your dream home, or maybe even a farm or ranch. I would be happy to help you find whatever your needs may be. With my 37+ years of experience I will help to make the process and experience a smooth and happy time for you. I owned and operated my own Mortgage company specializing in FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA and Land Loans for 6 years while still working in real estate which is my passion. With my background and knowledge of how it all works I will be able to help you get in touch with a lender for whatever your needs are and help you get prequalified while searching for your dream home, land, farm and ranch or whatever you are looking for.
