A majority of my business is spent as a Listing Agent for Senior Citizens, Baby Boomers, Estates & Trusts. Having recently downsized myself, I know what's involved, both physically & emotionally, of letting go of a family home. This is a MAJOR decision, and not one to be taken lightly!

I have been in the real estate industry for 20+ years, have sold 250+ homes, and have witnessed firsthand all the changes over the years. In 2015, I earned the "Senior Real Estate Specialist" designation with the National Association of REALTORS® & spent the last several years building a business focusing on the needs of homeowners aged 50+.
