About Me
My name is Janelle Plasters and I’m a 20-year Fort Collins resident and seventh-generation Coloradoan.
My ancestors homesteaded in Masonville in the 1800’s, so I suppose you could say that Larimer County
real estate is truly in my blood.
I’m a science nerd at heart, and I hold a B.S. in chemistry from CSU. Like many, I fell in love with Fort
Collins in college and chose to raise my family here. I’m a mom of two kind-hearted and rambunctious
boys ages eight and three. My boys are begrudgingly aided in their tomfoolery by our two very lazy
rescue dogs, an American Bulldog and an English Mastiff.
Volunteering and contributing to my community is something my family and I do often. I’ve done several
projects over the years including work repairing women's shelters, making improvements to homeless
shelters, and working on several projects on tribal lands.
I’ve spent over a decade working in design and home improvement,, which has given me a keen eye for
seeing the quality of a property beyond simple surface-level observations. I help my clients, both buyers
and sellers, to see the potential in their property, and to negotiate the best deal for their family.
I understand that every client is different and I always aim to cater to a client's unique needs. While the
process of buying or selling a home inevitably involves stress, the experience should also be a joyful one.
I look forward to serving you with all your real estate needs. I’d be honored to meet and provide a free
market analysis of your home to determine if selling is right for you.
