Hi! I'm Janell. I have spent the last 24 years as a salon owner making people feel confident and taken care of and now I am bringing that same drive into my real estate business. Owning my own salon for many years has taught me a lot about building trust, paying attention to the little details, and making people feel comfortable during big decisions. Buying or selling a home is a big step, and my goal is to make the process feel a lot less overwhelming and a lot more fun! I work with clients throughout central Iowa and love helping them find the place that fits their life and feels like home. When I am not behind the chair or doing all things real estate, you will most likely find me at one of my kid's sporting events cheering a little too loudly or hanging out with my family! We are always on the go with four kids from middle school to college! If you are thinking about buying or selling, or just have questions about the market, I'd love to help!
