About Me
Over 52 years at Powder Mountain which my family built and managed for decades has made me an expert at resort real estate, ski area management, and local history.
I am an experienced broker and a Utah small business leader. I am a wealth of knowledge which I long to share with my clients. I have been selling properties with Doug, my husband, all around Northern Utah since the early 1990's. Ski-in ski-out property at Powder Mountain and vacation homes in Ogden Valley are my specialties! Experienced in new construction of custom homes and property development with extensive knowledge about Ogden Valley where I grew up as the fourth generation running the historic Cobabe Ranch next to Wolf Creek Resort. Over three decades of managing properties and the ski resort business on top of leadership roles in local government and tourism organizations make me the perfect person to discover our area thru. I grew up as a child living at Powder Mountain as we built the resort and I have lived my life loving and caring for “The Mountain” where I worked as the Assistant General Manager and administered most of the ski area employees directly and implemented creation of the Mountain Host Program, Security Department, oversaw ticket sales, marketing and accounting including point of sales network administration. I have raised my family of skiers making them the fifth generation of the Cobabe Family acting as stewards of the land preserving Powder and providing guests with incredible mountain memories.
