James Spear is from Batavia, New York. He graduated with a degree from the David Crawford School of Engineering at Norwich University. After graduation, James worked as a Scheduler and Assistant Project Manager, managing several multi-million-dollar construction projects in Vermont and New York. James relocated to Glenburn, ME where he currently resides with his wife, Cassie and two dogs, Hailley and Indiana. James started his Real Estate career in the Spring of 2020 and has successfully assisted multiple families and investors with their real estate needs. Using his background in scheduling and project management, he is knowledgeable in many facets of the Real Estate industry. His background and knowledge will ensure smooth and timely transactions when assisting clients through the property buying and selling process.
