A native Californian, James grew up in the Sacramento area and now resides in Wilton, California, with his wife and children. He loves the rural lifestyle that Wilton provides, along with the easy access it affords to Sacramento, San Francisco, and other nearby communities.
As the son of a lifetime Sac-State University Spanish Professor, James traveled abroad as a youth and young adult. He has lived in Spain, Argentina, and Germany, with extended visits to Peru, Mexico, Turkey and India, as well as many other countries in Europe and Asia.
James speaks fluent Spanish. He also speaks some German, but mostly likes good German food …just like Oma used to make. Other interests include spending time with his family, music, piano, mountain climbing, gardening and wood-working.
