I was mentored in the business by Stoltz Realty Commercial Brokerage in Wilmington, DE where I learned the ins and outs of commercial and industrial real estate working solely in that field. By 1999, I was doing residential and commercial real estate full time. I am licensed in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. and have been working in real estate for over 30+ years now.
