- James Gearing
My name is Jim Gearing and I have been a full time Realtor with RE/MAX since 1995. My wife and I live here in Culpeper and are active members of our community. As the past president of the local builders association, my contacts with the building community have helped a lot of my Real Estate clients. My years of experience in this local market make me a great choice, while you are searching for your buyers agent.
