About Me

Awards

Originally from Wexford, Ireland, I bring a global perspective shaped by a background in Marine Engineering in Scotland and Mechanical Engineering in Ireland, followed by a successful career supporting complex mechanical systems across major U.S. markets, including California, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. With more than three decades of experience in real estate investment, development, and sales, I offer a depth of knowledge that extends far beyond traditional brokerage. In 1995, I co-founded The FurChin Team with Dale Chin, beginning with the strategic acquisition and management of multifamily properties throughout Greater Boston—building a strong foundation as both investor and operator. Our philosophy is simple: combine deep market expertise with integrity, precision, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional results.
