Jake is an accomplished property manager, handling more transactions and volume than any other Lakeland agent. As a 2nd generation realtor and 4th generation Floridian, he knows the Central Florida market. Jake started his real estate career on the construction side, flipping real estate investment property. With the market transition in 2006, Jake recognized a need for quality property management. With a sharp eye for marketing and understanding of project management, Jake quickly became one of the top five property managers in the Lakeland market, and was recognized as the #1 Property Manager in 2014 and 2015. Jake specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to secure quality tenants and maintain landlord’s property, consistently exceeding their expectations. Jake has a long record of successfully guiding investors and private homeowners with their property management needs. He currently manages over 100 properties in Lakeland and the surrounding areas. As a husband and father of two, he enjoys taking his family on outdoor adventures including camping, hiking, canoeing and hunting. Jake is exceptionally well-respected in the Lakeland area, not only for his professional track record and high ethical standards, but for being a hardworking family man who puts his clients first.
