For the last 22 years I've been helping people buy and sell homes successfully and with today's challenges the need for education is a must!!! With this in mind I have gone out and became a certified expert in Distressed properties of homes prior to foreclosure and after foreclosure, trained in new construction, and residential construction. Over the last 10 years I have sold on average over 30 homes per year while enjoying raising a family of 4 children and being with my best friend, My wife.
