After a 20+ year career leading high-performing teams at American Express, including managing a $2.4B global portfolio, I brought my passion for real estate, service and results to the Lehigh Valley, a region where I have spent most of my life and one of the fastest growing areas in the entire country. MY REAL ESTATE AND INVESTMENT BACKGROUND I founded Lasting Memories Properties and developed a successful short-term rental investment portfolio with properties and hosting performance consistently ranked in the Top 10% on Airbnb. I grew revenues 42 percent year over year through data-driven pricing, guest experience strategy and property optimization. I also founded What’s In Site, a digital guidebook platform used by rental owners to elevate guest experience and reduce operational friction.
