About Me

I was born in New York, but grew up on the island of Puerto Rico. I earned by Bachelor’s degree at the University of Puerto Rico and my Master’s degree at the University of Phoenix’s Sandy Springs, GA campus. Georgia has been my home since 2003. I worked as a mortgage banker/loan officer for over three years where I learned the financial aspects of real estate transactions. I am eager to help you with any real estate needs such as helping sell or lease your home or finding you a home to purchase or lease. I am grateful for having a myriad of opportunities in multiple aspects of real estate. For over three years, I was the buyer’s agent for the #1 RE/MAX team in Georgia. I have been a seller’s agent for a builder in their new construction subdivision. I currently work with multiple investors finding them properties to purchase, renting their properties and even selling their “fix and flip” rehabs. Additionally, my business partner and I have owned multiple rental properties and we completed a “fix and flip” rehab in Collier Heights. In order to represent my clients to the fullest, I became a CERTIFIED NEGOTIATION EXPERT (CNE®). I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
