As a REALTOR, Ivan Walker has a strong connection to the Blairsville and north Georgia area. He has been an active member of the community for most of his life and has a deep understanding of the local real estate market. Ivan comes from a family with a background in construction, and he has personally been involved in remodeling and flipping homes in the Blairsville area. Additionally, he has worked alongside family members who are surveyors, gaining valuable experience in research and fieldwork.
Prior to his real estate career, Ivan worked as a Financial Business Consultant, which allowed him to travel extensively across the United States. However, he believes that there is no place quite like north Georgia, with its beautiful mountains, rivers, creeks, and abundant outdoor activities for families.
Ivan is proud to be a part of the Re/Max Town & Country family. He upholds values such as hard work, integrity, and exceptional client service in all aspects of his work. His motto, "Where Relationships Matter," reflects his commitment to building lasting relationships with his clients, one client at a time.
For Ivan, the most rewarding part of being a REALTOR is building relationships that will last a lifetime while assisting his clients in finding their dream homes. When he is not helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, Ivan enjoys coaching, officiating high school football, and working with youth. He resides in Blairsville with his wife, Anita, and they have two adult sons named Josh and Andrew.
