About Me
Ithamar Benshabat is a native Brooklynite with the passion for real estate in his blood. For over 20 years, his family has owned a residential real estate appraisal company and Ithamar grew up watching and learning the ins and outs of this industry. While he was earning his bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance in Brooklyn College, he obtained his appraisal license and began following in his family’s footsteps. Not too long after, however, Ithamar’s competitive nature drove him towards the sales aspect of Real Estate and he fit in to the role with a natural ease. When he’s not using his driven and competitive nature towards finding his clients the perfect property, he can be found using it on the court playing basketball or traveling to new places and meeting new people. Regardless of what Ithamar is a part of, he is consistently putting in one hundred percent effort towards it.
