Hilary is a 41-year area resident with intimate local area knowledge. She works extensively to help buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals. As a listing agent in the county, she truly enjoys the entire process and works hard to make the journey equally as gratifying for you! With regular communication and documentation throughout the process to keep you informed of all activity surrounding the sale of your home, you will feel confident and positive that you are in the right hands. For buyers, she will help negotiate the best possible deal and search until she finds you the perfect property. By listening and understanding your wish list, she can present you with options, working in a proactive manner, to enable you to find the property that exactly matches your list of criteria. You will have access to tools that make this process individual for you, offering as little or as much guidance as you personally want and need.
