In that same year she started the "million-dollar" mania in the East Contra Costa area where she serves, becoming the first agent to sell a home within the city limits for over $1.1 Million, an extraordinary accomplishment at the time. She achieved Hall of Fame Status with Remax in 2017, and earned The Five Star Sales Award for three years running. Most recently, she was awarded the GOLD, Best of Brentwood Press Award for 2020 by her local newspaper, recognizing her as one of the Best Agents in town. Since establishing The Hurst Team, she's built a 99 percent repeat client and referral business, the golden right for Realtors.
