Passionate about what she does, Heidy Hurst has been a Bay Area Realtor for nearly 25 years, and has SOLD well over 200+ Million in real estate sales. Earning countless awards, she sees every transaction as a new way to be of service to others and finds purpose in guiding her clients through the life-changing process of buying or selling a home. Heidy began her career in California's Silicon Valley Bay Area in 1999, at the time, listing only a few properties as she learned the ropes of her trade. Not long after, she moved to the East Bay area, where her business suddenly took off. Since then, she's been a TOP PRODUCER with many honors to her credit, such as being Voted Brentwood's Best Realtor by her peers in 2005. In that same year she started the "million-dollar" mania in the East Contra Costa area where she serves, becoming the first agent to sell a home within the city limits for over $1.1 Million, an extraordinary accomplishment at the time. She achieved Hall of Fame Status with Remax in 2017, and earned The Five Star Sales Award for three years running. Most recently, she was awarded the GOLD, Best of Brentwood Press Award for 2020 by her local newspaper, recognizing her as one of the Best Agents in town. Since establishing The Hurst Team, she's built a 99 percent repeat client and referral business, the golden right for Realtors. The main thrust of that success comes down to the way Heidy approaches the job.
