Heidi Jo Swift
Broker, REALTOR®
Born in La Jolla, California, Heidi Jo Swift was introduced to design and development early as the daughter and granddaughter of architects and the wife of a civil engineer. She is also an experienced upholsterer and has practiced feng shui for 28 years, giving her a unique understanding of how design, energy, functionality, and personal connection can transform a house into a home. Before entering real estate as a second career, Heidi Jo worked in a civil engineering office serving developers. This experience gave her valuable insight into land use, property development, and the many details involved in bringing a real estate vision to life. Heidi Jo began her real estate career specializing in manufactured homes and land-home transactions. Her interests later expanded into land sales, commercial leasing, and mining claims throughout Colorado. She eventually became the employing broker of a Colorado real estate company. When her life led her to travel, she continued serving clients through a referral-based real estate business with REMAX, connecting people with trusted professionals wherever their next move took them. After spending several years in nursing and relocating to Washington, Heidi Jo is excited to reawaken her real estate business in the Pacific Northwest. As she continues building her knowledge of the region, she has developed a particular appreciation for the land, homes, and unique properties throughout Snohomish County. Heidi Jo believes that moving is more than a transaction. It is a meaningful life transition that can help people see their priorities, relationships, and possibilities more clearly. She considers it a privilege to meet people during these pivotal moments, understand what matters most to them, and help them move forward with care, insight, and genuine human connection.
