As a buyer or renter you want a patient yet assertive, experienced real estate professional to help you find the right home at the best possible price. You need someone you can trust that understands all the variables involved in any given real estate transaction and can advise you every step of the way. I strive to show more value with each client that chooses to work with me year after year. Whether its sending you the best listings in budget that specifically meet your needs or doing detailed same day facetime tours, writing a winning offer or maybe its just being patient and allowing you to be heard. Whatever you are looking for in an agent, I'm here for you at my best professional capacity. Why you should hire me to list your home? As a seller, you want an agent who will spend time and finances to market your property beautifully and be an expert on your home and your homes association requirements ( if applicable) by the time it hits the market. Unlike majority of agents just looking to secure the listing and tend to fall short, I take a hands on approach as though it was my own home to sell and I am not afraid to give constructive criticisms and even have the most affordable and reliable contacts to help you get your place in favorable selling condition. My sellers trust me to price right at the start of the listing to minimize time on market. If you hire me, you will get premium Zillow placement for your listing at my expense which includes community photos, floorplan and room by room virtual walkthrough tour and virtual staging when needed and marketing materials for every buyer to take with them at start of tour. A little About me: I am a South Florida native and currently reside in Delray Beach and have intimate knowledge of the area. I am big into health, beauty and fitness and enjoy Zumba dance and yoga . My hobbies include singing while playing my keyboard and cooking complex flavorful dishes and cuddling my adorable dog Baloo.
