Heather has been in real estate for more than 25 years, which means she’s seen hot markets, slow markets, weird markets, and pretty much everything in between. Through it all, her approach has stayed the same: give people good information, tell them the truth, and help them make smart real estate decisions. She has a particular passion for real estate investing—and she doesn’t just talk about it. Heather owns and manages investment properties herself and loves helping clients figure out how to get started or grow what they already own. Whether it’s house hacking a duplex, buying a fixer and building equity through renovations, using the BRRRR method (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), or finding a single-family rental that actually makes sense on paper, Heather enjoys helping people see the possibilities in a property that others might overlook. She especially loves working with first-time investors who know they want to build wealth through real estate but aren’t quite sure where to begin. Having bought, rehabbed, managed, and invested in properties herself, Heather understands that a “great investment” is about a lot more than a low purchase price. She helps clients think through renovation costs, rents, financing, cash flow, resale value, and—perhaps most importantly—whether the numbers actually work. She also believes real estate doesn’t have to be intimidating or overly serious. Heather brings a sense of humor, a calm perspective, and plenty of experience to the inevitable bumps along the way. She’s a strong negotiator, a straight shooter, and an educator at heart. After 25+ years, she still genuinely loves real estate—especially helping someone look at a property and realize, “Wait…I could actually do this.”
