I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, Summa Cum Laude, in Business Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. I am a native to the Rochester area and have 16+ years in the construction and remodeling fields. In addition to this, I have been a USPAP certified appraiser along with 8+ years of experience in residential mortgage underwriting. My extensive experience in all aspects of real estate from First Time home buying to investment properties, rentals, "flips", and more is what translates to a clear, smooth, informed buying and selling process for you.
