About Me
Greg Smith arrived on Maui in 1988 from St. Augustine, Florida with only surfing on my mind. Working at the Ka'anapali Alii condominium complex helped me gain an understanding of the dynamics of the Maui condominium market and the various needs and challenges facing each individual owner. In 2003 I began my professional real estate career at the local Century 21 Office and evolved into a top producing salesperson, and then Broker-In-Charge of that same office. I have always found helping people to be rewarding, and working with customers and clients to accomplish their Maui real estate goals has proven to be exceptionally gratifying. As your Realtor I will not only represent you, but also educate, guide, and support you whether buying or selling. I understand to be effective and successful in business you must "take excellent care of your clients or someone else will." Whether you have an interest in a little grass shack or a fine home or estate, I can help you effectively surf the Maui real estate market. I still enjoy surfing, but not as often. Maui has grown since 1988, and so have I. These days I find it more important to spend time with the real treasures of life, my family.
