I moved to Florida in 1985 after retiring from teaching in Massachusetts. Besides the sun and the beautiful beaches, the variety of housing in Florida brought me to a new career in real estate in 1989. My work still finds me educating sellers & buyers as they move through (what is for many) very emotional & sometimes difficult transactions. I continue to educate and motivate myself with seminars, courses, books but the best of this comes from the customers & this industry ...never static..always evolving.
